Important note: The mobile app (iOS/Android) you download from the stores does not use traditional web cookies, but encrypted security tokens to keep your session securely open. The app integrates analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Facebook App Events) whose collection is subject to your explicit consent via a dedicated banner in the app. For more details, see our <a href='/privacy' class='text-coral hover:underline'>Privacy Policy</a>.
1. What is a cookie?
It's a tiny, harmless text file placed in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) by a website. It acts as a short-term 'memory' for the site to make your browsing easier.
2. What are our cookies used for?
We chose a clean, fast site with no abusive tracking:
- Essential Cookies (Required): They simply remember if you closed the consent banner and maintain the site's security infrastructure. The site technically cannot function without them.
- Advertising Cookies: WE DON'T HAVE ANY. We categorically refuse to retarget you with ads for dog food on other websites after your visit.
European law is strict: we ask for your consent via a banner when you arrive. You are completely free to refuse Analytics (Measurement).
3. Lifespan
Some cookies self-destruct when you close your browser (session cookies). Others last a few months (maximum 13 months according to the CNIL) so we don't have to re-ask you about the cookie banner on every click.
Most cookies are first-party cookies (set by us). If we use analytics services like Google Analytics, they may set third-party cookies (see below). [Adapt if not using analytics].
4. Third-Party Providers (Google Analytics)
For overall traffic statistics, we use Google Analytics, configured to anonymise your IP address.

5. Take Back Control
It's your browser, it's your choice. You can change your preferences at any time:
- Site banner: Adjust your preferences by clicking on the cookie management module at the bottom of our site.
- Your browser: Go to the settings of Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, under the 'Privacy' tab, to destroy all cookies on the planet. Warning: destroying 'Essential' cookies may break our site's display.

If we decide to add new essential tools (e.g. a web video support chat module), we will update this page to inform you.
